There is an on-site drinks vending machine. This has to be one of the greatest experiences I've ever had in a resort or hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are super spacious and clean. The tubs on the balcony are lovely, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and super impressive, catering to both Japanese and Western cuisine with the most incredible wide selection I've seen. Dinner was absolutely fantastic, with both the courses and the seafood buffet being exceptional. Among all the hotels I've stayed at, this place has the friendliest staff, catering to your every need. They offer a free shuttle bus to Gora Station as well as free ice cream from the vending machines. They have two onsen: one with an infinity pool and a fantastic view, and a garden one with a beautiful waterfall. I cannot recommend this place enough; we had the most fantastic stay ever.

The en suite bathroom comes with toiletries and a bathtub. The food was probably the best I had during our trip in Japan - if you stay in this Ryokan, I strongly advise you to take this option. Open air onsens were really nice and cosy. The Ryokan is really close to the train station, it was really easy to get there.

Lake Ashi is 4.9 km from the villa. Beyond expectation! A lovely and large traditional yet modernised family home, and in a great location for exploring the delights of Lake Ashi... with peerless Mount Fuji views just a few metres away!! The property could easily accommodate a family or small group and is great value, therefore. Don't hesitate with this one, as you won't be disappointed! The only downside is that the local eateries when we visited (early April) close relatively early, though you can stock the fridge etc and you have all the implements you need to cook and eat. Oh yes, I nearly forgot the natural and private hot spring bath - a great bonus!!! A very comfortable and relaxing stay in a quiet and small residential area with a helpful and thoughtful owner.

12 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station, YUPOPPO Hakone is a recently renovated property situated in Hakone and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. Each accommodation at the 2-star ryokan has mountain views, and guests can enjoy access to a hot spring bath and a hot tub. The ryokan has parking on-site, a public bath and a housekeeping service. Such a lovely place at a very nice location! Me and my friend stayed here for one night, and this was the perfect place for us to relax after traveling. The location was amazing; in a quiet and a bit remote place away from the street, but still easy to access and the nearest bus stop is not far away! The breakfast was super good and we fell in love with the homemade bread! Definitely recommend!!

Really comfortable and ideal for resting before going to Haneda airport. The room was really nice and staff were really attentive and kind. We stayed for one night but we enjoyed it a lot.
