Private parking is available on site. My parents both loved the hotel, and said they would stay here again when they visit Kyoto! Hotel facilities were outstanding, and the hotel is right beside a JR station that takes you directly to Kyoto station (just one stop away). Overall pretty centrally located, but a bit far if you mostly want to be in the Higashiyama/Gion area.

There are 2 indoor hot springs baths and an open-air bath at the property. Can’t be more fun to stay in this hostel. Everyone was so lovely. I did enjoy the personal onsen

What a beautiful and calm place. Very comfortable. Amazing food. Great experience. My room was a bit more modern with heating and lots of light and newer wood but the other rooms looked nice too, darker wood and more traditional. I think any room is worth a stay. The entire experience was special and beautiful.

At the aparthotel, units are fitted with bed linen and towels. We were looking for a place in Osaka, that would be our base for couple of days during our trip. As there weren't a lot of options close to the center, we decided to take a place that has good transport. So, we found this new place in Booking.com and we decided to give it a try. During the time before our trip we were looking at the comments to see that it is not a trap or something different. The hotel is closed to two metro stations with a line directly from Osaka main station and one line that has a direct line to the airport. We arrived to the place and we met with the owner. The contact was little hard, but we were able to understand each other. He infomed us that the breakfast is available on the cafe beside his hotel and gave us voucher. Also via message he informed me that for one day, he will arrange us breakfast as the cafe is closed. He showed us the room and help my friend with her luggage. The room was big as it had two big double beds, a small toilet, AC and for tv there was a projector which is a good idea. The kitchen was in the common room and had all the necesities for the stay.

Some units in the ryokan have private entrance and are equipped with wardrobe and tatami. Units are complete with a private bathroom, while certain units at the ryokan also provide guests with a seating area. The room was very cosy and comfortable. Perfect for unwinding after busy days of sightseeing and crowds. The bath does wonders for tired legs from walking. The room is stocked with an assortment of free drinks and traditional snacks are provided in the lobby. The location is great, only a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station and close to other public transport. We walked to most of the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and everyone spoke very good English so it was easy to communicate. Our breakfast was cooked with care each morning, making it a great start of each day. We would definitely come back!
