The moment we walked into the house, we were greeted with smiles and warmth. Andy, Rika, Momo and Hana create something truly special. We’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and such, but this one will stay in our hearts for a long time. Everything is well thought out, you can see it’s taken care of down to the smallest detail, you can see it’s done properly and not just to be the cheapest. We felt so beautifully hosted. They also have an amazing sake collection to try, and the food is delicious too. Thank you again and we already miss it. I hope we’ll get the chance to meet again. PS. It looked exactly like the photos. The "onsen" was a big plus after a day of hitting the slopes. We will definitely recommend this property.

The onsen was very, very nice, staff are kind. Breakfast and lunch are top quality set menus, with top presentation - well worth adding them, especially given that there isn't anything around walking distance. Great 5 star experience for a relaxing day in nature.

This is probably one of the best ryokan in japan! High value! The onsen is very spectacular. It will stay in my heart forever. For sure I will come back.
