Setsu Niseko offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna, hot tub and hot spring bath. Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Everything was great. Staffs were helpful and very kind. Breakfast was great selection of foods. Ones was good both public and private. Toyota Rent-Car was just across from the hotel. Bus stop was just few minutes away from the hotel if you need to go Kutchan.

The hotel boasts a public bath and open-air bath. All rooms feature a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and espresso machine. The private bathroom comes with bath amenities including a shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Sincerely this was an incredible hotel. One of the best I did in all my ski travel. Expensive maybe, but it Worth it. I rent a car so the distance was not an issue. 5 min ride to hirafu village. Free parking at the hotel. Parking for hirafu mountain was not an issue at all, if you arrive before 9am you will have free parking. Everything is easily accessible by car, and the hotel is well located. The rooms are really spacious and beautiful. You have everything you need. Bedding is comfortable (I love the tatami experience). From the bathroom to the living room they provide everything. EVERYTHING IS NEET!! So much natural light in the room. They offered laundry machine free of charge on every level, with free drying till 22:00 pm. Also really convenient. WiFi not the fastest but do the job. Breakfast is very good (not fabulous) you have a variety of japanese and American food. They provide ski storage also. And it's hot enough to DRY your boots over night (a lot a place don't do that) The onsens are perfect and open to 11pm, so that's fabulous. I highly recommend this place. You'll have an amazing stay in Niseko. Thank you for this incredible experience.

An amazing property, with beautiful common space. The property is surrounded by trees in a very quiet and serene part of town. Parking is provided nearby less than 1 minute walk away from the property. The interior is all high end, luxurious materials, beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and amazing bed sheets/pillows. It was indeed an amazing stay.

Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. This was literally one of the nicest hotel experiences of all time! We were so impressed by every detail - the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, the convenient rides that were provided by Sophie and Guy - they were so cool - the onsen, the rooms and toiletries, the onsen... we could go on and on about how blown away we were by the experience. 11/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury ski hotel experience in Niseko!

We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

The holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a hot tub and slippers. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. House was clean and warm. All household items were as clean as new. The TV was also large. I even liked the bidet in the bathroom.^^ The hot spring water was also really good. I liked the surrounding village as it had a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. There was a large snow field near the accommodation that few people visited, so it was great to play in the snow. My family stayed for 4 nights, and we definitely want to come back next time and stay longer. It was a place I really liked.

Yoshi, the host, is incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to secure a reservation for us at a local restaurant. The house is nothing short of amazing, living up to the expectations set by the pictures. A standout feature for our group of 5 was the efficient washing machine that effortlessly washed and dried our clothes with a single button press – a convenience we cherished every day. Highly recommended for a seamless and enjoyable stay!
