Es ist wirklich alles sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll gestaltet und super komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war fantastisch! Eine gigantische Auswahl an warmen und kalten Speisen, Salaten, Getränken und Desserts. Serviert im schönen Restaurant, auch hier wieder mit perfektem Blick auf den Fujii.

Die Unterkunft Konanso bietet Ihnen herrliche Aussicht auf den Berg Fuji und den Kawaguchi-See. Amazing experience of a traditional ryokan. The staff was excellent, kind and helpful at all times, rooms were clean and tidy, ours had an amazing view of the lake. You can use most of the facilities for free with some additional ones having a fee. We chose the included dinner and breakfast option, dinner was an amazing experience full of flavors and textures we were not used but definitely liked. Breakfast was pretty good, buffet style, but with both Japanese and western options. In terms of location, I think it’s really good depending on what you want to visit. It is just in front of the lake, and has the red line (i think) bus stop right in front of it, which we used to get there from the train station and to get to other tourist spots around the lake. There’s a lawson just outside, the boat ride in the lake and the panoramic ropeway are also just a few minutes walk away which was very convenient.

The house nestled within a mountainous area is big and beautiful, and the room is exceptionally comfortable. I felt at home for all three weeks I stayed there. The room has everything you might need; everything is thought out to the very smallest detail. You can rent a bike for free; the common area has coffee machines. The host, Sudzuki-san, is kind, hardworking, very helpful, and always goes the extra mile to accommodate any of your requests. My stay was completely seamless, and all my needs were met. There is a supermarket near the hotel with a variety of cooked food, coffee, snacks, drinks, and everything else you might need during your hotel stay. Tsuru is beautiful and has many great, affordable restaurants. I highly recommend Sorayado for a quiet stay in the Japanese mountains with easy access to Tokyo's JR line.

What an amazing stay we had, the room was spacious and had a direct view of Mount Fuji, the onsen was wonderful and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a mixup with the company we had hired to transport our luggage and the ladies there worked tirelessly to solve it even though it was not up to them. They also helped us get a dinner reservation when we could not find a place to eat.
