Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. I did not have breakfast but everything else was perfect. Location is great compared to the price. Staffs are warm and helpful.

Private deep ofuro - Japanese style bath tub in your own outdoor walled off courtyard with seating are looking out on your private garden. We stayed in a Mt room (Mt. 6) but I think all the mountainside rooms would be similar. Amenities include pajamas, lounge wear, Uniqlo warm insulated rain coats (when it’s cold), rubber clogs (like crocs) to wear outside. In room modern coffee grinder and kettle. Amazing and full breakfast brought to your room. This place has its own winery. Very peaceful and relaxing here even if Mt Fuji view areas are crowded with tour buses. We highly recommend.

Von der in Tsuru gelegenen Unterkunft SORAYADO 宙宿 aus erreichen Sie innerhalb von 16 km Fuji-Q Highland und innerhalb von 19 km Kawaguchi-See. My stay in Sorayado was the best in my life. The house nestled within a mountainous area is big and beautiful, and the room is exceptionally comfortable. I felt at home for all three weeks I stayed there. The room has everything you might need; everything is thought out to the very smallest detail. You can rent a bike for free; the common area has coffee machines. The host, Sudzuki-san, is kind, hardworking, very helpful, and always goes the extra mile to accommodate any of your requests. My stay was completely seamless, and all my needs were met. There is a supermarket near the hotel with a variety of cooked food, coffee, snacks, drinks, and everything else you might need during your hotel stay. Tsuru is beautiful and has many great, affordable restaurants. I highly recommend Sorayado for a quiet stay in the Japanese mountains with easy access to Tokyo's JR line.

The location was easily navigated by google map and close to the Main Street which takes 5-10min drive to supermarket and convenience store nearby, and about 10-15 min drive to local restaurants. Not too close to lake kawaguchiko tourist area ( i wasn’t the one driving but it felt like a 20-30min ride) and the outdoor living space and neighborhood was quiet.

We only stayed one night at this property while travelling through Japan, and honestly, that was the only regret—we wish we had stayed longer! Out of the five locations we visited, this was by far the best property we experienced. Everything was perfect: the location was excellent, the air conditioning was a dream (especially in the summer heat), and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—a rare find! What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked when it came to our needs, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Travelling with two teenagers can be a challenge, but even they agreed—this was the best place we stayed. That says it all! Thank you for making our short stay such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be recommending this property to friends and family, and we hope to return one day for a longer visit!

We loved this place! Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Google translator helped us to communicate. It's a hotel with traditional Japanese rooms with futons and shared bathrooms. I would recommend booking with breakfast and dinner! The food they prepared was delicious. To hotel is just a short walk away from the lake with the most beautiful view onto Mt Fuji. The hotel had plenty of parking and the whole building was spotless. We loved our stay there and would absolutely come back
