Nice big room with a little area outside and beautiful pool. Not too far from the main street but need to walk 10-15 min but there are restaurants nearby as well. Really enjoyed our stay! They also have a restaurant which was nice and great breakfast buffet plus 1 dish a la carte.

What a gem of a hotel, great location, big super clean rooms and great facilities. But what makes this hotel a real find is the staff, they simply cannot do enough for you and always with a smile. Thank you all so very much. The attached gym is, according to the family members that used it, beyond fantastic, incredibly well equipped with great equipment and all important air conditioning. The owner/manager was super friendly. Thank you everyone for making our trip to Siem Reap so amazing. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

After a very busy few days in city hub, we decided to look for a resort that is still nearby (less than 10minute ride) to pub street. It exceeded our expectations. It was an oasis of serenity, a magnificent resort. The individual houses were well looked after. The infinity pool was the highlight, as it also got heat from the sun, meaning the water was not as cold. The staff was absolutely superb. I recommend the resort if you seek a cool down accommodation, not far from the tourist streets.

Brand new and very beautiful hotel with a great location! Close to the city center and easy to reach Angkor Wat from there (stuff helped us to arrange the tuk tuk). Room was huge, very comfy and bright. Hotel pool was also nice, quite big and very clean. But the brightest atmosphere was created there by amazing staff members, they are so friendly and always ready to help you. So, highly recommended!

We chose Koulen Hotel in Siem Reap—and we’re so glad we did! It’s just a five-minute tuk-tuk ride to the Old Market, a three-minute walk to the Royal Residence, and right next to a huge shopping mall. In short, it's one of the best locations to stay in the city. I’m not sure if Cambodian people are traditionally this hospitable, but the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. When we were leaving, all the reception staff came out to the front of the hotel to say goodbye, as if a family member was heading off on a long trip. It was such a warm and memorable gesture! Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, from authentic Cambodian cuisine to Western dishes, catering to every taste. The beds and pillows are super comfortable—just as cozy as the ones at home. Sheets, pillowcases, and towels are changed daily and are always fresh, spotless, and crisp white. The rooms are huge—and when I say huge, I mean it! Each unit consists of a spacious bedroom, a small kitchen, a dining table, and a living area. The entire hotel is immaculately clean. I highly, highly recommend this place!

Absolutely everything!! Surroundings- absolutely stunning!! The grounds are well maintained and get exceptionally clean. The facilities are amazing! Great pool, gym and spa ( jacuzzi, cold water plunge pool, sauna, steam room) Rooms- beautifully decorated with everything you’d need. Four bottles of water in the room was great! Never ever had to buy any. Also the rolls were always very clean. Food and drink- delicious. Staff- so welcoming, friendly,helpful and kind.
