There was everything you needed. The only place that finally had body lotion and even a little tool to check the weight of your luggage! Also loved the hand cream at the exit and the amazing clothes steamer. Also, very important for girls, there is a hair straightener and one of the best face wash. For others it might not be interesting, but I loved and appreciated all these details :) The place in general is well kept, clean, and organised. The room and bed are warm and cosy. The location is just a few minutes walking from the Busan station. And the bonus was to meet the owner on the day of checkout because he was very nice and friendly and recommended so many nice places to eat that I left Busan super happy and with my belly completely full of delicious food :) Thank you very much!

The location was really convenient and the information and directions we were given were excellent so it was easy to find and access. The property was exactly as described and very well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a tiramisu cake waiting for us in the fridge!

It was my daughter's birthday a few days before we came to Busan, and there were chocolate and macaroons waiting in our room with a note from the hotel wishing her happy birthday which was very thoughtful.
