Roy was fabulous! I flew for a night to Beirut to attend a funeral. This is my first time back since my last visit for a conference two years ago. Roy and the team were absolutely wonderful. The service was excellent, everyone was so friendly, and above all, the professionalism was at its finest. I had already requested a connecting room, but since we arrived late, they were all taken. Because we were only staying for 24 hours, the team generously upgraded us to a suite; it was magical! Truly the best 24 hours. My favourite people, my favourite hotel; nothing beats it. Thank you, Roy and the entire team. Hope to see you all again very soon!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft. 24h Strom Ruhige Lage, sehr schön zum schlafen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Top Lage. Nur in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß zur Raousche oder zur Einkaufsmeile. 2 Kioskläden neben dem Hotel und es gut so gut wie immer ein Taxi in Hotelnähe. Aber man sollte nie sagen, dass man im Hotel übernachten oder darauf achten, dass der Taxifahrer nicht sieht, dass man aus dem Hotel kommt. Sonst kostet die Fahrt gleich das doppelte als sonst.

Hotel was now very new but in good condition. Bathroom is very good. And best part is that the balcony door can be fully opened so you can have fresh air and of couse use the balcony.

Pools also great, clean and at the perfect température. Also Great food options, from breakfast buffet to à la carte. Staff very pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. Everyone , from the front door entrance to the the front desk personnel are truly exceptional. Found each one to be very helpful and they truly go out of their way to make you not only feel welcomed and comfortable , but also ensure that all of your needs are met, whether you need a car for hire, or a dinner reservation, etc.
