Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the courtyard with the pool is just stunning. Breakfast was delicious every morning (fresh juice, fruit, pastries, everything you could wish for!), and dinner was just as amazing. The staff are the kindest people — always smiling, helpful, and making sure we had everything we needed. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to come back. Beautifully restored and decorated Riad on the edge of the Fes Medina. We felt at home from the moment we walked in and were served tea and baked goods which were greatly appreciated after a long drive from the desert. The staff were exceptional and really elevated our experience with their kindness and guidance, especially Houssam and Ali. The breakfast was delicious with nice variety. A highlight of this Riad is definitely the rooftop which boasts a small pool and seating areas that overlook the Medina. I also tried the hammam which I strongly recommend.

My daughter had a terrible sore throat and they brought hot honey lemon to our room. Had a fabulous stay and the location can’t be beat!! Roof top bar and restaurant also fab!!

At the riad, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. This place is exceptional in every way. The staff, the food but especially the place itself. The pictures don't do it justice. Our room was enormous, it felt like an oasis in the busy medina.

Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. Karaouiyne Mosque is a 20-minute walk away. We loved everything about this property, The rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff was courteous, and location was perfect. I loved the Moroccan decor, the tea, and food was excellent! I would definitely come back to this hotel.

There is also a swimming pool, a hammam with flowers essences, a sauna, a hot tub, a fitness room and a massage room. You might also want to indulge in healthy cuisine including freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and herbal teas. Everything was lovely, starting from staff members to food, spa facilities etc. Lovely hotel. I hope to come back some day. Cannot comment on the location because we only spent the night here before leaving early morning for a Sahara trip, and we previously stayed closer to the old town in Fes. Potentially it could be a little out of the way for attractions, but taxi is cheap. Savour regional specialities in the hotel’s restaurant, Al Fassia. Eat in the authentic lounge or on the patio. This place is just beatiful, the room is clean and the breakfast was so good And the riad is close to the oldcity of fes Fatima alzahra was so kind to us and very lovely.

The spacious apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a stovetop and kitchenware. The parquet floors, fireplace and peaceful vibe add to the ambience of the room. The accommodation is non-smoking. I really recommend this appartment, it's spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Nice with the pool and guard there 24/7. The host was really friendly, welcoming and helped us with everything. It's located central near cafes and restaurants. Also close to the grand market by car. I also appriciated the parking slot in the garage, close to the elevator and guarded as well.
