The hotel has a year-round hammam, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant. There is nothing in this hotel that isn’t absolutely first class and wonderful. However, the standout for us was the staff. they were exceptional, they knew our names and could not do enough for us. They all went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was wonderful.

Extra facilities include a 24-hour front desk, meeting rooms, a tour desk and housekeeping service. We loved our welcome at this Riad, Ismael received us and was super friendly and responsive. We felt very well taken care of. On top of that, we had amazing Msemen in the morning, which we are still talking about every day. Highly recommend this spot!

Guests have free access to the hot tub and indoor heated swimming pool. I really loved the staff members. Zakaria and his colleague Asma (if I say that correct) were the best. They made us feel welcome and they helped us with everything. We felt very very welcome.

Every detail is designed for comfort and relaxation. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their warmth, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond made our stay unforgettable. We encountered a stressful situation with our passports, and the staff was exceptionally helpful in resolving the issue. Their prompt assistance and local knowledge were invaluable, and they ensured everything was handled smoothly. I obviously highly recommend New Hotel piscine Wellness & Spa to anyone visiting Casablanca.
