We arrived drenched from the rain, and from the moment we walked in, the staff’s kindness was overwhelming. They not only offered us complimentary laundry to help dry our clothes but also went out of their way to book and pay for our taxi both ways since we didn’t have cash and our cards weren’t working at the ATMs. The level of care and generosity shown to us was beyond anything we could have expected. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the owner, made us feel incredibly welcome, and their warmth and courtesy truly made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated with such genuine kindness—it’s something you simply can’t thank enough. The rooms were stunning, the hotel was perfect, and the breakfast was delicious. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because every moment was a reminder of how exceptional this place is. We’re deeply grateful to the staff and the owner for making our short stay so memorable!

The staff is the nicest we’ve encountered in the Balkans, by a distance. The (included) breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is spectacular. They lend you beach towels and umbrella. Parking is made easy thanks to their (included) valet service.

Staff upgraded my room without any additional costs. Also, I was traveling alone to let myself relax and spend time without kids. Everything was perfect. I took a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant (the dinner wasn’t prepared). It was very delicious and cheaper than in restaurants outside the hotel. The best one is the dessert “Avala”, for sure.

Such a beautiful hotel! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — a true family hotel where you instantly feel at home. The staff is incredibly kind, and the hotel is spotless. A special thank you to Lazar, the head of the house — he’s truly wonderful and made our stay even more special. We had the best time here! The breakfast was extraordinary — fresh, delicious, and full of variety. The hotel is located just 5–8 minutes by car from Budva, which made it easy to enjoy both relaxation and the city. Highly recommend this place — we would absolutely come back!

Fabulous hotel from A to Z. There are a few things to emphasize in particular: - Private beach with shuttle speed boat - Modern design in every detail - Valet parking - A la carte breakfast with wide variety of options (including gluten free bread) - Customer care via WhatsApp (special thanks to Milena, amazingly client oriented). Hotel is not cheap but fully worth it! Even water in the room is glass bottle Aqua Panna. Bravo! Totally recommended!

Our first visit to Montenegro didn´t have very high expectations but we had to change our thinking to a positive. Not only to admire the breath taking views, the kindness of people we met was a positive surprise. We stayed in Hotel Imperial in Budva, the city which seemed to have a boom of constructing hotels, flats and commercial premises of high quality (and price). The hotel itself offered rather average possibilities located next to a busy road and taking into account the time of the year. As we have noticed quite often, the stars and spirit is not from the building or services but the personnel working for you. Having travelled a lot we have seldom met such attention and kindness the staff, separately mentioned, Marco Durovic, the head waiter in hotel restaurant Carevic, gave to us among the personnel at reception and other restaurant workers. That was a 5-star service. Moreover the food served was excellent which made our stay easy not needed to go in the evening dark and rainy to search for a dinner elsewhere. The only minus in there and all the Montenegro restaurants seem to be smoking inside, what a pity!

The apartment was spotless, well decorated and located in short walking distance to Porto Montenegro and to the beach. The building has its own private pool which one can use 24/7 as well as a rooftop terrace. The kitchen has everything one needs for cooking and for having morning coffee. Also, the bed was very comfortable for having a good night's sleep. Overall, the host was very welcoming and easily reachable, and was able to organise a morning transfer for us from the apartment to the Tivat Airport. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to others visiting Tivat.
