They were very quick to respond to any queries or troubles we had, since we had an AC leak on the first day. They allowed us to leave the apartment at 12pm too upon same day request.

There's a sliding door in one of the bathrooms which opens up to let fresh and cool air in! Second floor has its own entrance. Kids were entertained with an electronic dart board, amongst others. Host was extremely responsive and videos were sent prior to trip with clear instructions on how to collect keys and use appliances. Kids did not want to leave, I just could not take my eyes off the view.
