Upon arrival, I was happy to see that the building itself is fairly new, definitely the comfortably is better than other Genting hotels I’ve stayed at before. One thing to highlighting is the customer service, their online support was very responsive, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay with my family and I think it worth for the money, will definitely rebook the place next time when I visit Genting.
