Location is pretty good, very close to an astonishing glacier and just 1km away from the end of a fjord, which is a pretty relaxing walking trail. Rooms are nice, nothing out of the ordinary though.

If you’re traveling to Voss the Elva is a must do.A lovely modern hotel right next to the Fjord and the spa baths are just great. The rooms and buildings are an architectural master piece beautiful Scandinavia design. We didn’t eat in the restaurant because unfortunately you need to book your meal the day before but for what we could see the food looked great too. All the staff were very accommodating good breakfast too maybe 2 eggs would be good ! Even the breakfast was a piece of art.

Beautiful setting overlooking the river. Our boys had their first fishing experience with the support of the host. That was fantastic. Loved canoeing on the nearby fairly big lake with big waterfalls in the distance. We were the only one on the lake. Great dinner. Very welcoming hosts. Tents are super comfortable with great beds. We also got the indoor fireplace for our s’mores. So, simply a stunning stop on our family road trip through Norway. I wish would have stayed 2 nights. Unforgettable!

It was all perfect. Property, scenery and in general the place, including the sauna is one of the best ever visited. Host is great and the boat trip to the waterfalls was superb. Hands down, stay as much as you can!
