I appreciated the small fridge in the room, pressure in the shower and how quiet it was at night. I also walked to town and it was easy and fun. There’s a lot to do in this part of the world! Guest rooms will provide guests with an oven. We absolutely loved our stay! Once we figured out the transportation to get to the lodge, everything was easy and well organized. It’s a fabulous place to be both active and relax: it’s right on the Queen Charlotte Track, we borrowed the kayaks, and we swam in the water. We also enjoyed sitting in the hammocks and relaxing in the hot tub. The food was delicious (though I found the prices a bit high for NZ) and enjoyed in their lovely dining room or patio. The service was great! We can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for two nights with our family and It was a little bit of a splurge, but did not disappoint! The location was stunning, the fact that you got there by water taxi made it remote and uncrowded, and there were plenty of things to do (hike, paddleboard, kayak). Also, the food was delicious and the staff was accommodating and helpful.

The unit is air conditioned and is comprised of a terrace with an outdoor dining area as well as a flat-screen TV with streaming services. The villa offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. We loved the feeling of seclusion but only being a 20 minute walk into town. The hot tub was also a favourite with us! Max & Rhonda put such an effort into small, personal touches and it really made our stay! Would definitely recommend to anyone going through Picton.

Just a 3-minute drive from the heart of Picton, Tasman Holiday Parks Picton boasts a heated outdoor pool in the summer months, and a hot tub. Guests can socialise in the shared lounge, or enjoy a meal using the BBQ facilities. great place for a rest to catch the ferry the next morning. we got in late, everything was ready in the lock box, had a good night's sleep and off early to catch the first ferry, used key drop.

Great location and amenities. I would highly recommend.
