They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, especially at Christmas. The hotel is positioned by a small lake lovely for walks or a morning run. Plenty of nearby restaurants but quiet surroundings. The rooms were comfortable clean and well equipped. Easy free parking right outside. We used the restaurant for breakfast and for evening drinks and were pleased with quality and value.

The houses are located just by the lake with a wonderful view, in a very calm and relaxing area. They are clean, and furnished as at home with all necessary equipment. The manager was super friendly and helpful with recommendations about attractions and places to eat nearby. We would definitely stay longer and come back again.

Nature surrounding the house was amazing, birds chirping. There was Moskito net on window (we open windows at night). We could wash clothes and have them dry soon after (there is dryer). Host was the best!

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the spa with a view was a fantastic bonus. However, the highlight of our stay was Don, the host. He was the best host we’ve ever had—kind, attentive, and always making sure we were okay. Don truly made us feel welcome, like we were at home. We can’t recommend this place enough!

I loved the space available. It was so nice having the entire unit to ourselves. The master bedroom has its own washer and dryer as well as full bathroom and kitchen. The other half of the house has a smaller kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed) and the other with a full sized bed. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the location and space were awesome! The second bathroom was a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The shower was nice in there as well. The kitchen space was really nice as well. I would totally stay here again. I wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the hot tub. It's HUGE! Kitchen and dining area are really nice as well.

Very comfortable chairs and sofas. A small neat kitchen area, well equipped. Self catering easily done. A healthy breakfast supplied. Three bedrooms. Mine was the smallest but quite adequate and comfortable. Shared bathroom was well appointed. Other guests were v pleasant. Helpful, welcoming hosts. Wifi worked well. Private on site parking.

Sehr nett fanden wir auch die Rose aus dem eigenen Garten auf dem Tisch. Schöner Blick vom Garten aus auf den Sonnenuntergang. Wir konnten den Whirlpool nutzen. Das war nach der Autofahrt sehr entspannend. Die Gastgeber sind beide sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben. Zum Hobbiton Moviepark ist es nicht weit. Das Hobbiton Spielhaus im Garten war klasse.
