The hotel is positioned by a small lake lovely for walks or a morning run. Plenty of nearby restaurants but quiet surroundings. The rooms were comfortable clean and well equipped. Easy free parking right outside. We used the restaurant for breakfast and for evening drinks and were pleased with quality and value.

There was Moskito net on window (we open windows at night). We could wash clothes and have them dry soon after (there is dryer). Host was the best!

He was the best host we’ve ever had—kind, attentive, and always making sure we were okay. Don truly made us feel welcome, like we were at home. We can’t recommend this place enough!

The spacious holiday home with a terrace and lake views features 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are featured in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. I loved the space available. It was so nice having the entire unit to ourselves. The master bedroom has its own washer and dryer as well as full bathroom and kitchen. The other half of the house has a smaller kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed) and the other with a full sized bed. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the location and space were awesome! The second bathroom was a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. The shower was nice in there as well. The kitchen space was really nice as well. I would totally stay here again. I wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the hot tub. It's HUGE! Kitchen and dining area are really nice as well.

Brenda and Syd were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Kaimai Sunset Bed and Breakfast to anyone travelling in the area.
