Very nice, new looking hotel at the west end of Salalah. you definitely need a car when you staying in this hotel but you need it in Salalah anyway. The staff is great, the breakfast is delicious. In five minutes drive there is a big supermarket and in 15 minutes you can get to the city easily. Perfect starting point to explore the surroundings, places of interest and it is always a pleasure to arrive back to this hotel after a long day with full of experiences.

They can be considered friends in one place. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Sienna, who is a wonderful, professional, and kind person. Abu Bakr is extremely kind and helpful to the guests. Hamada is a very cooperative employee. Every employee, from the administration, reception, support staff, car service, room service, restaurant staff, chefs, assistants, club staff, and spa staff, is professional, kind, and friendly. Third: The Rooms The rooms are professionally designed, comfortable, and have everything one could need in a hotel stay. They are of high quality in terms of soundproofing, lighting, furnishings, cleanliness, service, and comfort. Fourth: Food The variety of restaurants and the professionalism of the food are wonderful in every hotel, whether it's the Souq Restaurant, Zafran, Rotana Club, waves , or any of the other restaurants. They are very distinguished in terms of cleanliness. The quality of the food and the variety of meals were so varied that we never got bored. Although our reservation was all inclusive with 3 meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the variety of food and restaurants made you feel like you were experiencing the place for the first time. The host was simply outstanding — he responded to my call immediately, and within minutes, we were inside the apartment. The location was extremely easy to find. Having traveled to various parts of the world for over 25 years, I can confidently say I’ve never come across such a perfectly equipped rental. Everything you could possibly need was right there. My kids were delighted to discover universal adapters, charging cables, and air conditioning in every part of the home. In the morning, we enjoyed a beautiful view of the marina. Grocery stores and other conveniences were just a one-minute walk away, with parking right in front of the apartment and an ATM close by. Above all, the owner’s thoughtful follow-up to ensure our comfort made the stay truly exceptional. It was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
