Die Unterkunft ist ein wahrgewordener Traum: mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und makellos sauber. Doch was unseren Aufenthalt wirklich außergewöhnlich gemacht hat, war das gesamte Team. Von den Reinigungskräften über die Bedienung, den Koch, die Gärtner, die Farmer bis hin zur Leitung, Inti (dem Baby-Alpaka) und den Kindern – alle haben mit ihrer Herzlichkeit und Professionalität dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Wir sind tief dankbar für diese Erfahrung – sie war zweifellos ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise. Vielen, vielen Dank an das ganze Team!

The facilities were amazing !! The bed was very comfortable, the food in the restaurant was good. We couldn’t enjoy of the breakfast buffet because we had to leave early for a trip, but the staff prepared our breakfast in a bag to take away, really appreciated it.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the property itself was perfect for our family of four. We booked the quad room, which was surprisingly spacious — our two teenage boys especially appreciated having their own beds after long days of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, with plenty of food options, cafés, and markets just steps away. One of the highlights was that our host filled and heated the jacuzzi just for us — such a thoughtful touch and a great way to relax in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, complete with a private mini spa that made it feel luxurious. The restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Grimaldo, the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

I loved the view of the mountains, the environment was amazing, and the owners are an amazing family that makes us feel soo incredibly comfortable like they were there for us all the time and that was so nice. The tree house is really good and have some pillows and games. Also the place has two hammocks, which I consider was the best place to relax and the jacuzzi is incredibly amazing, if you do it at night you have the chance to see the stars and it's simply the best. For sure, the best place to stay and you will have the best memories. The breakfast was sooo tasty!
