Everything was PERFECT! The property is gorgeous - beautiful garden w/ alpacas in the yard & a gorgeous mountain view. Inti at the front desk was very kind & helped me arrange a spa service w/ Gladys (which was incredible), a taxi for the airport, & late checkout. Food at the restaurant is delicious & true farm-to-table. Breakfast was wonderful. My room had large windows & a balcony w/ a beautiful view. Overall a very peaceful & comfortable stay in Urubamba. 10/10 recommend!

Das Aranwa erwartet Sie auf einer prächtigen Hacienda aus dem 17. Jahrhundert auf dem Weg nach Machu Pichu. Everything was pretty good overall. All email communications with Gustavo were great prior to our stay and during. We originally booked on booking.com at a very high price and kept looking and got a much better deal.....so I'd suggest if you're paying approx $250 USD it's a good deal. Food was great, grounds are immaculate (loved the 🦜 & all the 💐's), pool was nice and cold but great when in the sun for abit! We were there 2 nights/ 3 days for the sole purpose of relaxing and that's sure what we did. As mentioned in prior reviews, we found Peruvian families on site using the facilities and their clothing everywhere by the pool and grounds...maybe lockers should be provided for this. Only 6 lounge chairs by the pool, so not really good in that sense when hotel guests who are paying can't even get access. Also tables to put drinks on would be good (I think I also only saw 1 of those and again occupied by non-hotel guests). It would be nice if they had the theatre in English as well maybe at a different time. We couldn't get the TV to work really nor in English even after the maintenance guy came. We had several mosquitoes in the room upon check in, however was quickly rectified with a call to the desk and a lady came to spray and put plug ins. Woukd have been nice if we had clean chairs outside on the balcony for morning coffee (they were covered in bird poop) so we layed towels down on them as they were a tad tough to get clean. Yolanda at breakfast was exceptional. Went above and beyond for Us. We were also celebrating our Anniversary and they added a little nice touch to Our room upon arrival. We found it very clean, quiet, great food (make sure to save room for the Aranwa Experience desert....it's exceptional and have your phone ready for a video!). We had a pisco sour demonstration and it was awesome as we made our own & then got to consume them. They were delicious!!.

Diese Unterkunft befindet sich in Urubamba, im Herzen des Heiligen Tales, 60 km vom Zentrum von Cusco und nur 11 km von Ollantaytambo entfernt, dem Ausgangspunkt, um Machu Picchu und den letzten... Mein Zimmer hatte einen hübschen, kleinen Balkon, von dem ich aus in die Berge schauen konnte. Auch von meinem Bett aus sah ich die Berge. Die Betten sind sehr gut und riesig!! Die Badprodukte sin aus Olivenöl und Mandel, phantastisch! Das Zimmer ist einfach wunderschön. Die ganze Ausstattung des Zimmers, als auch der gesamten Anlage ist so liebevoll, stil- und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, dass sofort ein Wohlgefühl eintritt. Die Anlage hat viel Grün und herrliche Blumen. Einer der schönsten Orte, an denen ich übernachtet habe - und ich bin seit einem Monat in Peru unterwegs. Auch der ruhigste Ort, an dem ich bis jetzt war. Das Essen, das Buffet, ist ebenfalls wärmstens zu empfehlen, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Das gesamte Personal ist so freundlich und entgegenkommend, herzlich und hilfsbereit, einfach toll.

Neues und hochwertiges Hotel mit großartigen Gastgebern Walter und Ana. Der Jacuzzi, das Frühstück und die Heizung im Zimmer waren unser Highlight.

Die Unterkunft Valle Del Sol bietet einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse und ein Restaurant in Urubamba. It’s is very clean, very accommodating. Food was delicious. Also transportation from airport to hotel was included with the stay. We asked for massages and the owner got someone in less than an hour. She massaged us three back to back, which was the best. We also got a driver to drive us around the town and to see pisac ruins which the hotel owner arranged for us. The hotel is near by the Urubamba train station,like 10minutes away so I booked our Machu Picchu train from there.

I loved the view of the mountains, the environment was amazing, and the owners are an amazing family that makes us feel soo incredibly comfortable like they were there for us all the time and that was so nice. The tree house is really good and have some pillows and games. Also the place has two hammocks, which I consider was the best place to relax and the jacuzzi is incredibly amazing, if you do it at night you have the chance to see the stars and it's simply the best. For sure, the best place to stay and you will have the best memories. The breakfast was sooo tasty!

The suite was large, refrigerator ,stove and other kitchen items were provided though we did not use them. 20 minute walk to the city central. Staff was attentive and arranged a taxi to ollantatambo. Breakfast was very good and even brought to our suite. A throughly enjoyable night.
