Our stay here was absolutely unforgettable — truly the highlight of our entire trip to Peru. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views in every direction. You feel immersed in nature, yet completely comfortable and well cared for. The staff were amazing — warm, professional, and always ready to help. They made us feel so welcome. The food? Incredible. Every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. This was literally a Spiritual experience. We left feeling relaxed, inspired, and already dreaming of coming back. Highly recommended!

The photos and descriptions don’t do this place justice. Located in a quiet valley half an hour’s walk (or a short drive) from Ollantaytambo the Las Qolqas Eco Resort by far exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff helped us with all our questions and requests, alongside the manager and the owner of the hotel. They also recommended a Machu Picchu guide for us (Porfirio - charming and very knowledgeable) and helped us with transportation to and from the train station to get to Machu Picchu (included in our room rate). The food on site is excellent, as are the drinks. There are fireplaces in each cabin which they’ll light for you at your request. You can admire hummingbirds from the comfy chairs on your veranda while you can hear the birds chirp and the sounds of the nearby river. We also did a lovely 2hr hike (each way) on an Inka Trail to the nearby Pumamarca Ruins which was amazing and we didn’t see any other tourists the whole way - a great way you get away from the masses. Las Qolqas was easily our favourite place we stayed at in Peru.

Die Unterkunft Lizzy Wasi Urubamba, die in Urubamba, 800 m von Bus Station entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Fitnesscenter, einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz,... The garden is amazing. Beds were comfortable and room clean. I would highly recommend it. You can also easily walk to the Maras' saltpans from the hotel.

Das Aranwa erwartet Sie auf einer prächtigen Hacienda aus dem 17. Jahrhundert auf dem Weg nach Machu Pichu. We really enjoyed this beautiful hotel. We had a beautiful colonial style room with very comfortable beds. The hotel grounds are also very beautifully organized. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate local exotic fruits. The hotel staff is beyond praise. We were very helped during 4 days by the manager Marina Romero in organizing many of our requests. We especially enjoyed the massages done by Yuddina and Kristina in the spa salon. They are incredibly talented masseuses! A huge thank you to them for the fact that we received true relaxation after a busy active day. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a luxurious time in Sacred Valley.

The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, complete with a private mini spa that made it feel luxurious. The restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Grimaldo, the owner, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The kitchen was the highlight of our stay! We really enjoyed cooking ourselves and the hosts were very accommodating, showing us everything we could use for cooking.

The Lodge is highly recommendable. The area is super safe and close to the center of Urubamba. The Family Bungalows are very spacious and super clean. We saw that the team cleaned everything (including curtains and windows) after each departure. They cleaned it also from the „former“ energy. Breakfast was served direkt to your bungalow at the time you want - just tell them per WhatsApp or personally. The service is outstanding. Luis and Anna helped us more than we ever expected. I had a medical issue because of the altitude and Luis drove us to the medical center - stayed and translated for us! Just amazing! Anna and Luis are the souls and the owners of the Kutimuy Lodge - Thank you for all you did - from our hearts! Go there - enjoy the Lodge and never ask if the price is to high! It is not!
