We where greated warmly by Clara and joana (two wonderful beautiful ladies) they made us feel at home right away. The boathouse was beautiful and a great fun experience would highly recommend it.

Everything!! The location was very convenient and easy accessible. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel even though offers only Continental breakfast it was very delicious and rich. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Last but not least the complimentary candy buffet at the reception was a nice surprise for us.

It was brilliant! Fantastic location in such a pretty street and neighbourhood with lots of nice restaurants. Our room was huge and tastefully decorated with a magnificent view of Lisbon and the Castle. We felt like we were part of the city. Staff members were so helpful at each point of the stay, at arrival, at breakfast, when booking restaurants and taxis and on check out. The breakfast was ample and in a beautiful room and the all day ‘cake and coffee’ was a lovely touch. We did not use the spa and pool but in the summer this would be a welcome event. The art work and furniture everywhere was tasteful and we loved the ‘honesty’ bar although we did not use it. The little kitchenette in our room was great to make tea and coffee - clever idea. We loved the whole experience of Casa Balthazar and were very sad to leave.

The apartment is fully equipped. It makes it a perfect spot even for a longer stay. It’s near the schools Nova and NCIA. The beach and restaurants are also nearby. The flat was clean, sunny and spacious. The host, David was kind and friendly. He was always accesible on the phone.
