Speaking English, Spanish, French and Portuguese, staff at the reception can help you plan your stay. Transport from the airport was smooth and Marcos is great. Check in was fast and Andres was very helpful with all the questions I had. Maria was also great. I am so impressed with all the services they include for free: transport to and from the airport, welcome drink, fruit basket and bottle of water. It is just amazing.

We stayed in the maisonette during our stay and the room was great with an absolutely Incredible view you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere. All of the staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly (Especially Thiago from maintenance!). We generally like to be left to ourselves and although further services were offered by the hotel, we really appreciated the privacy offered and the non-intrusive nature of everything during our stay, although any requests we did have were handled perfectly. The "Le Petit Prince" package for our baby they had in our room on arrival was an also really nice gesture. We've stayed at many nice hotels across Europe, but this has definitely been our favourite and we'll definitely be staying here on our next trip to Porto!

Ivo was very helpful in helping us experience everything including the restaurants that serve fresh seafood and local specialties. The hotel is only 15 minutes out of Porto by tram that comes directly in front of the hotel. It's perfect!. We loved it!.
