Wir hatten das Apartment mit Balkon gemietet. Wunderbare Aussicht. Das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles sauber und bequem. Wichtig für ältere Leute: Man muss viele steile Treppen steigen, um zum Apartment zu kommen. Auch das Schlafzimmer ist über eine etwas unbequeme Treppe zu erreichen. Für uns kein Problem, sollte jedoch vielleicht in der Beschreibung stehen.

Die Lage der Wohnung nah am Zentrum. In der Nähe ist gleich ein Supermarkt. Zu Fuß gut erreichbar auch viele Restaurants und Cafés. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage mit Aufzug was das Ausladen von Gepäck sehr erleichtert. Die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer hat völlig ausgereicht da die Nächte schön kühl waren. Es gibt ein Raum wo ein Whirlpool und eine Waschmaschine drin steht und ein Bad mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche.

I reserved this cottage for the month of October, to see the leaves change. I arrived when the mountains were dotted with specs of yellow and left when all the leaves turned earth brown and the wind was returning them back to the soil. Every morning I would sit in a loveseat with a cup of tea, foraged from mountain herbs, watching the sun pour into the living room through the window. And then I would start work. The Wifi signal was fantastic, even for group zoom video calls. I took the bike out to the waterfalls, zooming down the rocky mountain road. I went to the lake, a canyon, interesting rock formations. I was there during mushroom season and learned which ones are edible and I prepared them using the large and fully equipped kitchen. The sun sets early over the mountain so I would start a fire and the host would check with me to make sure I could do it. At the end of the day, I was happy to sink into a thick memory foam mattress that rested on top of two other mattresses. I felt like a princess on a pea.
