EINFACH HERRLICH:) - SVE JE ODLIČNO:) Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles sehr sauber inkl. des grossartigen Spa-/Badebereichs. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet herausragend, Gott sei Dank auch mit serbischen Spezialitäten;). Auf hohem Niveau und trotzdem familiär, man fühlt sich einfach wohl. "Alte" Kegelbahn mit grossem Spassfaktor im Hotel. Der grosse "Skulpturen-Park" ist grad vis-a-vis und Stadtkern in Fussnähe erreichbar. Es ist alles vorhanden. Ab Beograd-Flughafen per Autobahn und guter Landstrasse gut in ca 1 Std. - 1 1/2 erreichbar, schöne Landschaft. (ich hatte private Papier-Angelegenheiten im Ort zu erledigen und im Hotel konnte ich sehr gut vorbereiten/schreiben und im Wellnessbad abschalten:)

Aside from the fact that i was upgraded to a spectacular room with the best view of Kopaonik and space so that our baby can explore, Grand Hotel is in the top tier when it comes to location, food and staff are excellent. Things that they stand out in: Only hotel to have enough amenities, space and options that if one wished, they don't need to leave the hotel. Outdoor space, indoor space, space for sports, for kids, for business, spectacular size and quality of spa, big parking for all guests, organized outdoor cookouts, great restaurant options within the hotel.

The spa is very cozy, it is necessary to register the time and it is very convenient because the visit is individual. The breakfast is not a buffet, according to the choice from the menu, but I liked it better- hot omelette, toasts, hot croissants. The girls at the reception and in the restaurant are wonderful, with a desire to help and explain.

I can’t recommend this property enough! The location is perfect, just a short walk to Maxi, making it incredibly convenient to reach all locations we wanted to visit by foot. The facilities were outstanding—everything was incredibly cozy and spotless. It’s rare to find a place where you truly feel at home, but this property managed to achieve just that. From the warm atmosphere to the thoughtful details, every aspect made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely return!
