She is one of the best receptionists I have ever met, well spoken and smiling. Sereen too was sympathetic and helpful. Omar called me to check up on me when I left.

They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.
