The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with luxurious amenities and comfortable accommodations that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel, from the elegant decor to the top-notch facilities, truly sets it apart. During my stay, I encountered a small issue, however, I was absolutely blown away by the incredible customer service and professionalism displayed by the staff and the general manager. They took immediate action to address the issue and went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best experience possible. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was truly outstanding and made a lasting impression on me. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the general manager, who were attentive, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Their proactive approach to resolving the issue demonstrated their unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Special thanks to the Restaurant Manager Mohammed who look after us during breakfast. Thanks to their efforts, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect, and I left with wonderful memories that will stay with me for a long time. The room was very spacious, new, and clean. The bathroom was also large and well-maintained. The staff were very polite and professional in their interactions. Just a one-minute walk away, there is a large supermarket, and within a five-minute walk, there is a shopping mall. Overall, everything was perfect.
