Hong KongEverything about this hotel is excellent. The staff are very friendly, always sharing koi pellets to my kids for their feeding. Our room has a great view of the pool. We jumped straight to the pool every morning after breakfast. The buffet was very good too. I asked my kids their happiest moment in Singapore, and they said it was the stay at Shangri-la. Will definitely come back in the future!

Even 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms providing plenty of space for 4 people. Direct view to Singapore and a very good alternative in comparison to Singapore accommodation prices. On ground level all you can wish for. Gym big and fully equiped. Better than all hotels I have seen so far. Big swimmingpool, running track, sauna. Nearby shops and laundry shop. And very good restaurants around the corner.

IrelandWent here for my 30th birthday trip and the staff were amazing! They all knew it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday when they seen me on the day. On my arrival day they had balloons and a cake in the room ready for me and on my actual birthday morning they gave me a cake again at lunch. The hotel is perfectly located with beautiful views over the bay. The pool is fabulous and the room was luxurious and everything was proper 5 star. The robes were the nicest I have ever used. I loved this place and will recommend it to anybody who is going to Singapore.

Amazing views and the infinity rooftop pool, relaxing interior design and the luxurious amenities meet my expectations as a 5 star world class hotel. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Surprisingly they have size 3XL Bathrobe, my hobby was so happy 😊. Rise restaurant breakfast buffet have a lots of International and locals food to offer we spent almost 2 hours to try all the foods.

The room has very relaxing ambience, tho its not a new hotel, they maintained it well, bkfast has variaty of food, only a bit crowded over the weekends, aircond is very stable, bathtub is also big feels like Jacuzzi. My kids love it.

Liked the spacious beds and good mattresses . The room including bathroom looks refurbished and maintained clean . My 8 year old liked his bed on top . It was quiet for us relax

Breakfast was varied and fresh. I liked the choice of sitting inside the air conditioning or outside in the garden area.
The staff were very friendly and attentive! We loved having the separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge/kitchen areas. It meant we had plenty of space to relax and rest in the apartment after being out in the morning then go out later in the early evening. The big window view of the city lights was great and the pool is very big and inviting!

Beautiful room, spacious and tastefully furnished. Nice couch and table to relax on a large and comfortable bed, very good bathroom/shower etc. The staff were friendly and helpful, a great location within walking distance to MTR, and waterfront, right on top of a food court, good restaurant options at the hotel/very close by.

Room is spacious, comfortable and quiet.
Rooftop pool has a small jacuzzi corner.
Breakfast spread was good.
Staff were all smiles. Left my bags with Conciege after late check out. Everything fuss free and smooth.
My 2nd stay and definitely book here again.
