Only 5 minutes' walk from the Slovak National Theatre, the Main Square and the Primate's Palace, the Roset Hotel & Residence enjoys a central location. This hotel deserves top ratings. Almost verything was perfect. It's biggest asset are the people who work there. They are very nice and always try to help. The receptionists, the people in the breakfast room - everyone. The second best thing about the hotel is the room size: Massive! I had Meta Quest virtual reality glasses with me, and for the first time I had enough space to play some of the games. Not even at home do I have so much space. Another great thing is the location. Minutes walking to the historical center, to the river Danube, or to the public transport hub at Šafárikovo námestie. Eurovea shopping center is also within a comfortable walking distance. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, especialy the selection of fresh fruits. The room was clean and comfortable, including the bathroom. Bathrobes and slippers were provided, which is always a plus. The bed was very comfortable, and did NOT have a plastic sheet under the bedsheet, like in so many (almost all) hotels these days (the plastic reflects body heat instead of letting the mattress absorb it and makes you sweat during the night). There was a generous wardrobe with a lot of space for clothes - anothere welcome departure from the norm today, where even in 4-stars hotels all you get is a couple of exposed hangers somewhere in the corner. There was none of the "design for design's sake" nonsense to be found in the room or indeed anywhere in the hotel. Everything was functional, but tasteful. All in all, I can imagine spending even whole weeks in this room without lacking for comfort.

It offers spacious and elegant rooms with heated bathroom floors, as well as free WiFi in the entire hotel. Beautiful hotel! Lovely staff. The Christmas market is directly in-front of the hotel, along with, several restaurants and shopping. The hotel is pet and family friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer.

All rooms at Hotel Arcadia have marble bathrooms with heated floors, satellite TV, and tea and coffee-making facilities. They are equipped with antique furniture. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old City, nestled between historic buildings. Due to its central location, external views may be limited. The location is superb, in the old city, walking distance to all attractions such as the Philarmonic Hall, the Danube, the Blue Church, the national theater and many more. The room was warm, spotless, very quite, large and nicely furnished. The loby is very special as the hotel us located within an old castle. The breakfast had many options, all very tasty, served in a special bolted hall. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English.

Towels and bed linen are offered in the apartment. Additional in-room amenities include wine or champagne. It was more than perfect. Apartment very clean, quite location. It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice terrace. Coffee, tea provided. The host was very mindful with the details.The check-in and check-out very easy and smooth.
