At first, we were given the room we booked, but a couple of hours later, we received a call from reception and were asked to move to another room, since for technical reasons there would be no water in our room. And the room we moved to was even bigger, even cooler! It had a view of the lake and the mountains! As an apology for the inconvenience, we were given a bottle of prosecco, which brightened up our evening with my friend! The hotel also has a spa with a jacuzzi! It's fantastic! We were happy with our vacation and recommend this chain of hotels!

This hotel is fabulous. We were welcomed with all necessary things in the room and even more. The fridge in the room was stuffed with any kind of drink and at our arrival also chocolates on our pillows were there waiting for us. Breakfast is in a very nice restaurant of the hotel and choice is wide and quality high. Rooms with balcony had two chairs and flowers on the balcony. The hotel is very quiet and staff was extremely kind. I was not feeling very well and they allowed me to take Breakfast in the room. Everything was so good that we decided to stay one more night so they found an exactly the same room and charged us the same price. Everything was perfect.
