Staff was very professional, especially Food and Beverage staff. Restaurant deserves to be full every day. Dishes are full of tastes, cocktails like in cocktail bars. Breakfast is good, could be better filled up. Pool is amazing for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in quiet street far from noise of road. But the biggest impression is definitely restaurant, taste of dishes and service. You don't need to go out of hotel, you have everything there.

The Apartment hotel has exceeded our expectations. The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

We loved everything! Breakfast & dinner were amazing and a lot to choose from (there were vegetarian options, vegan options mainly veggies/fruits) and we did enjoy them! The room size was just about and nicely done. The whole tree house was clean and well prepared for our stay. We also enjoyed saunas and massages. Staff was also very friendly & helpful - at the reception desk, the bar, as well as the kitchen. The bar/restaurant section is very nicely done. The property is kid-friendly with kid's playground outside as well as a large kid's room inside the main hotel building. Definitely recommend this accommodation. It is surrounded by nice, tall trees, so you do not see the other awful hotels and construction sites (yes, Jasna has recently been a constant construction site).

Amazing breakfast, I could not wish for more. Very friendly staff. The hotel is located just at the beginning of Janosikove Diery hiking route. Good sauna.

Das Wellness Hotel Chopok liegt in Demanovska Dolina am Fuße des Berges Chopok, nicht weit vom Skigebiet Jasna entfernt. This hotel is amazing, location is near by to ski slopes or in summer time for hiking. Hotel has sauna world which is amazing to chill out after skiing or hiking. Breakfast was really good lots of to choose from. Size of the room was very big and spacious. In the evening you can use the bar or play bowling, pool or go to play room. I would like to compliment a receptionist call Veronika, who welcomed us with nice smile, she's the most nicest kindness and helpful receptionist I have ever met. Hotel should be very proud of having her there. She's a star We will definitely be back again.
