Other facilities and services provided are a 24-hour reception, laundry/dry cleaning and luggage storage. Highly reccomend , beds are perfect, cleaning room, nice staff / breakfast is amazing !!!! The hotel is outstanding with service from staff that is truly exceptional. The location is perfect - right next to the BTS and on top of Terminal 21. Walking in this area is great - on the footpath or on the elevated walkways over Sukhumvit Road. The room was great - ultra comfortable bed - free mini-bar - front loader washing machine - huge TV. The view from the 27th floor was mesmerizing. Buffet breakfast is very good.

The modern rooms are equipped with a 40-inch flat-screen TV, iPod dock and Apple TV systems. A minibar and personal safe are also included. Spacious bathrooms feature a bathtub and floor-to-ceiling windows with beautiful city views. Kind and attentive staff. The biggest bed I've ever laid. This hotel allowed me to take a shower before night flight although I had already checked out, which I feel very thankful.
