The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !

The rooms have a rustic feel, not modern but comfortable and clean. Lovely courtyard and dining area. Close to night market, restaurants, tour agencies and money exchange shops. Barista made coffee in the morning was great and nice variety at breakfast. The complimentary massage and afternoon tea was awesome

It's a gorgeous hotel in the mountains, perfect for those who want to disconnect. The onsen in the balcony of the room was great, the food at the restaurant was of very good quality and for a reasonable price. The onsen was great.
