The staff were excellent and genuinely try their best to make sure we had a good time. Any issues they will immediately come to help us and very helpful from the moment we arrive to the hotel. Location is close to central, the hotel also has transfers at 6pm free of charge for residents to popular locations based on the day. Breakfast is excellent, they even provide a service making fresh omlette or fried egg and bake fresh roti in the morning in addition to an international cuisine. I am very happy with our stay.

It was a great stay, comfortable, clean and tidy. The onsite amenities (spa, wellness, sauna, and ice baths) were excellent and very affordable (you received a discount if you stayed at the property) It was very easy to get around from the location and it was ideally situated in the square to move around.

This is an oasis of calm in the mountains of Chiang Mai, it's like Japan has been transported to Thailand. The attention to detail, the level of service, incredible food, pampering at the onsen and massage. I went for a solo get away to recharge and loved every minute of it. it's the perfect place also to go with a partner or friend. I was particularly impressed by the decor, my bedroom size with a beautful balcony and swinging chair and last but not least with the restaurant: very high quality good from many different cuisines depending on your mood (so you don't always have to have Japanese food). Be sure to try the garden Onsen: it took me a day or two to discover it. I spent many an hour in the hot springs gazing up into the moon and sky.
