Bura Resort is an absolute slice of paradise, attuned to nature and attuned to Guests. Hosts Jazz & Nui have created something very special, with beautifully-crafted private Villas privately spread around the meandering, magnificent, quiet waterfall property. Birdsong and joy and pleasantness every moment, everywhere you look! On the practical side: I was in Villa A2 which featured a deep bathtub in the large bathroom in addition to the amazing rainshower; a large desk perfect for the needs of my work-while-travelling; lovely comfortable lounge area; big bed; useful amenities; and a gorgeous patio beside the water. The daily Housekeeping was thorough. The on-site restaurant offers a broad menu for foreigners and Thai's, with choice of fabulous dining room or in-room dining options. Hosts Jazz & Nui provided a free shuttle when asked to the closest daily food market, and to a Tuesday night food market bazaar. They were also happy to help me get to the chilled city area too, at the same cost as a typical Thai taxi app. Airport pick-up and drop-off was hassle-free. There's authentic street-food a short walk downhill, and a café with heavenly views just uphill. I live in Bangkok full-time, and Bura Resort in Chiang Rai is my new escape! Can't wait to return. Very highly recommended.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the beautiful and gracious Monthira and her husband, who both exuded genuine hospitality and warmth. Monthira's passion for coffee was infectious, and her wealth of knowledge on the subject was truly impressive. She not only shared with me the intricate process of coffee production. I had the opportunity to taste an array of different coffees, each one bursting with unique flavors and aromas. It was a sensory experience like no other, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee making. In the evenings, we would gather around a crackling fire, where Monthira and her husband would whip up a delicious feast of eggs and marshmallows. The ambience was cozy and intimate, and it felt like being a part of a close-knit family. The laughter and stories shared around the fire will forever hold a special place in my heart. The accommodations at Ma Family Coffee Farm were nothing short of spectacular. My room was spotlessly clean and tucked away atop the mountain, offering breathtaking views of the lush landscape below. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the coffee fields was a truly magical experience. As much as I wished I could have stayed longer, my time at Ma Family Coffee Farm will always be cherished as a highlight of my travels. Monthira and her husband's warmth and hospitality left a lasting impression on me, and I left feeling like a part of their extended family. I cannot wait to return to this slice of paradise and bask once again in the beauty of Ma Family Coffee Farm.

Very cosy and beautiful apartment with great views! We were worried about dinner as dining options are quite limited with it is late, but there’s delicious dinner available just beside by the host. Breakfast was awesome, we had to leave early but host went the extra mile to prepare breakfast earlier than expected for us. Wonderful stay and value for money
