Tolles Hotel mit vielen kleinen Details - toller Lage am Fluss und allem was man zum erholen braucht. Beim nächsten Besuch werden wir definitiv wieder dort übernachten. Die kleine Eisdiele neben dem Aussenpool hat außergewöhnliche Sorten .

Das Hotel war insgesamt einfach nur super. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und versuchten steht's alle wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und ließ eigentlich keine Wünsche übrig. Das Frühstück war eher asiatisch ausgestattet aber auch Eispeisen wurden angeboten.

Hotel Smile Lanna is a true oasis of tranquility. It’s not your typical five-star chain hotel, but instead, it offers a lot of intimacy, unique decor, and an exceptionally dedicated staff. The level of customer service here is outstanding—the team is always smiling, attentive, and genuinely engaged in making your stay special. One thing that might take a little getting used to is the pool water, which is salty and mineralized. Children, in particular, may need some time to adapt, and even for adults, the first dip can be a bit surprising. However, the pool itself is wonderful—no crowds, plenty of free sun loungers, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms, all featuring balconies, are well-designed and cleaned daily. A complimentary airport transfer is a great added convenience. Breakfast is generous and diverse, combining classic options with local flavors—there’s something for everyone. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to the Old Town and just steps away from a beautiful park entrance. We are truly grateful for a wonderful stay and would like to send our best regards to the entire hotel staff. We hope to return someday!

We only stayed one night but everything about the hotel was excellent We were given a free upgrade from a signature room and it was amazing The breakfast choices were outstanding We didn’t get time to use the pool but had a Quick Look and it is a lovely area. The staff are very efficient
