Breakfast was fantastic. many varieties, the food was fresh and tasted great. even our kids (they are very picky eaters) enjoyed the breakfast. The staff (specially Kaan at the reception) are wonderful and make you feel at home

Friendly and helpful staff from reception to bell-boys to cleaners, they all have a smile and greeting though most don't speak English. Breakfast was good enough to start the day. Reception (Ms Cigdem) helped us arrange for tours in Bursa and the Uludag mountains with a good company that really took care of us.
