Staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, always trying to make sure we had everything we needed. Lots of nice food, with a big variety for all tastes and always drinks available. The spa was also 5 star and we would fully recommend the hammam experience. Ski hire, ski pass and lessons were convenient to book when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel were very communicative with us before and during our stay and arranged a taxi to get there from the ferry port in Bursa.

Staff were accommodating and always willing to help,really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Kids had a blast with kids entertainment and spa and pool area were so relaxing.

amazing staff, great food and fantastic amenities. we are so pleased by the service, we would highly recommend it. room was spacious, great amenities including Turkish Hammam. the buffet spread was fantastic and vast, the people…. some of the best service line in the country. we are absolutely pleased with our stay - highlight of our trip! thank you so much to the staff, especially the guest relations desk for accommodating to us, guiding us and making us feel at home.
