Few things, maybe a knife for the westerns, better towels, and you need to leave the pump on for the water for shower for good half hour maybe tell guest, also the blind lets in all the light maybe get curtain as 6am the place lite up! It was brutal. Staff took care of us moving us to lower floors for safety and did their absolute best to keep things functioning the next day. Housekeeping very quickly prepared our executive room the next morning to move us quickly back. We felt so well looked after. Very highly recommend this hotel.
