Such a peaceful little place, tucked away a short distance from the main road into town. Mr Hai couldn’t do enough to help us - we rented a scooter, did laundry and got recommendations of where to visit and eat. His barista skills are first class too! Best of all, Gung, the resident Golden Retriever is an absolute legend - gentle, playful and lots of fun to hang out with. We loved our stay!

The place itself was peaceful and really comfortable. Cat Ba Island is gorgeous!

Location and ambience were fantastic. Very good activities for kids. Facilities were exceptionally good. The only problem we faced was regarding food as we are pure vegetarians from India.

The apartment offers a spa experience, with its sauna, hot tub and steam room. The apartment provides mountain views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We were very happy at Kien Ngoc Villa. Our room was huge, 2 double beds with lounge and kettle and bathroom then another room with a king size bed, sleeper couch, TV and bathroom. We had so much space and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was included for us, which was eggs, fruit, yoghurt and other sides. Pool and shower facilities looked amazing although we didn't use them, we went to the beach close by. The location of the hotel is great. Quick walk to local restaurants, the beach and the new development of buildings. Would highly recommend staying.

Nice breakfast, asian and european. We were able to check-in early with no issues. We used motorbike rental and tour booking via reception, both was good and smooth.

We didn’t use the pools but they were clean.

The hotel was really good, good staff, good beach, we got a 2 bed apartment which had views to die for
