Herbal Resort & Spa offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub. It was like walking around in Heaven…very picturess…everything beautifully green…beautiful flowers. The grounds are kept so clean. The swimming pools were warm and inviting. Our bungalows were so adorable and clean. The staff were on top of it all, very helpful and very kind. We even pampered ourselves to enjoy a massage, also very incredible the young ladies hands were incredible they were like magnets to the parts of my body that needed a stress relief from the tight tension. The morning buffet was enjoyable light and just enough to kick off your day with a nutritional breakfast to start off your day. There is laundry service and our clothes came back with a fresh scent and very nicely folded…we did not find a thing not to enjoy at this beautiful resort. This is definitely a must stay if you find yourself needing a place to stay in Phu Quoc, Vietnam…stop in and enjoy this wonderful resort just as much as we did…you will not be disappointed!!!

Split into the beach zone and green villa zone, elegant rooms are surrounded by tropical gardens and fitted with a balcony. The spacious rooms are equipped with a 42-inch flat-screen TV with cable channels, minibar and personal safe. The en suite bathroom comes with either a shower or bathtub, hairdryer and free toiletries. We loved that our villa was oceanfront. It also has a bar where we can view the sunset and the sea water is warm. We also loved our room which was very spacious even upstairs where the bed is a loft but it was high enough that you did not have to bend over. The bed was comfy. AC was in the right place strategic to airflow during the night. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The food was great and the drinks were made with real fruit and delicious. The guest services were very helpful got a car for the airport and had information for any tours that you may want to go on.

The attention to detail throughout the hotel was immaculate and so well thought out. The spa was wonderful, the treatments worth every penny. The food delicious, the beach was a little piece of paradise. Every night we watched the sunset on the beach and WOW we will never forget those sunsets they were so perfect it didn’t feel real. The pool a perfect temperature and beautifully maintained. We loved our stay so much we didn’t leave it over the 4 days we were here and many people we spoke to were staying for 2 weeks and came every year from the UK and Europe. We would definitely like to return for longer some day. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay truly magical.
