She helped me plan a sweet surprise and set up a birthday cake in our room while we were out and about! He loved the surprise! Paula also booked us a massage in our room which was really nice! She was incredible and helped me with absolutely any question I had about hikes and activities! So not only is this a really lovely stay, but the staff are also incredible! I highly recommend!!

We arrived early on the first day and they were kind enough to let us check in early at no extra cost. The location is excellent. It was an easy walk to the Fansipan cable car station.
