We walked in the forest and found the lavendar and rosemary field. We had a wonderful few days and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Monkey Thorn Lodge. From the moment we arrived it was really good. The manager and his staff were tops and looked after us really well. There is nothing you could fault. We sat on the veranda at sunset enjoying cocktails followed by a lovely meal. The beds are the best and our suite was very private. My wife loved the gardens and bird watching. We can highly recommend this establishment and will be back next year for longer.

They spoilt us with breakfast and a delicious 6 course dinner with a different menu every night. The cottages were spacious and we had a warm log fire going for some of those cold nights. We also had good wifi and drinkable tap water from their Bore well. Tracy was an excellent host very knowledgeable and a delight to talk to.Johlene efficiently managed our itinerary and pointed us in the right direction with travel advice. We will miss you both.
