Beautiful setting and an easy drive after a day spent at Storms River mouth. Rooms large and comfy with views of the gorge. Plenty to offer: sauna, spa, pool, playground for kids - one night here was not long enough. Fantastic meals and a great wine cellar, the dining room with beautiful views of the gorge and waterfalls.

The exclusivity and staff make this place truly wonderful. After a short trip, 10 minutes at the most, on a gravel road, you arrive at the Misty Mountain Reserve, greated with smiles and welcoming staff. The pyramid itself is found further away from the other accommodation in the reserve, and as a bonus, you get your own golf cart to drive there! The pyramid truly is a unique and romantic experience, and we'd definitely want to be there in the warmer months as well.

Entouré par la nature, le Tube 'n Axe Backpackers est situé à Storms River Village, à 14 km du parc national de Tsitsikamma. We booked 2 rooms and a tent. Tent feels like you sleep under the sky, because windows are always open. Keep it in mind if you book in cold weather (but they have a heater). Tent is very modern, bed is perfect, shower is good. Everything is very clean. You can use for free swimming pool and tubes with hot wither to relax after hiking day. Hotel offers tubing experience, but we did not try. Price was about 800 R per person.

The sleeping area inside the cacoon is stable enough to have a good night's rest whilst still feeling that you are sleeping in a tree house. The hanging net between the leaves was our favorite area to relax and take it all in! Can't fault any of the facilties including the restuarant and bar
