Hotel is absolutely amazing we were on a trip and we were very much tired and it was so comforting to arrive to the hotel. The staff are amazing .It’s very cozy. During our this year's motorcycle tour through the Pyrrenees, our group of six spontaneously decided to spend the night in Andorra. At our age [LOL], we keep paying a lot more attention to comfort and coziness rather than to price - although this was simply just a great offer we could just not reject. After booking through booking.com, everything else was just a piece of cake: Being contacted by the receptionist regarding our time of arrival for the most convenient check in, the reception itself along with a refreshing cool drink, the personal escort to the underground parking garage, the room allocation, the bar (you know, that mandatory arrival drink), the "room" (in my case a suite) anyways and not at least the breakfast. Even the director, being right on the go for a short get away, showed up for some nice meet 'n greet. All in all, those 10 real rock-solid points is the least we can award. Many thanks once again to the entire team for a really pleasant and remarkable stay!
