Location was excellent! it is just about 8 mins drive from the airport! Staff service is amazing. They try to provide you 5 Star service. You will get prompt service if you need any anything. The building is new and always have nice smell. We needed late checkout, The receptionist was very courteous an allowed us to checkout 2 hours later than the original checkout time. We also needed to keep our luggage at the storage for a while and the staffs took our luggage and kept it in the storage with no issue. By the way, they have a really nice washroom at the lobby as well as a prayer room. I must say this place has exceptional service like 5 Star. I will stay again once we are back in Dubai. Highly recommend!
