We really liked what job a man for cleaning our room did daily. He was really good with the cleaning, but also very nice person always asking us how we are and always adjusting cleaning schedule to our needs. We didn't remember his name but he did cleaning of our room since last Sunday until Thursday (room 507). The man on reception AMR was also very nice.

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

Whoever said it gets lonely at the top has never been to the top of urj Khalifa. The long queue and waiting that we had to endure to get to the top of Burj Khalifa almost ruined the experience for me. Plus, once you DO get to the top, there's a mad frenzy of crowd trying to take pictures etc. and almost an equally lengthy wait to go down the elevator. Terribly exhausting (not to mention irritating) People travelling with kids/ elders be warned that this is no easy tour

Expensive but worth doing, but I think the guide needs a different sound system, we couldn't comprehend a word he was saying! Difficult to find the entrance as the signage in the Dubai Mall is appalling.

Fabulous hotel within a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall, fountains and Burj Khalifa. The scene duet room was large and well appointed with kettle, coffee machine, desk, balcony, ample storage and lovely bathroom with waterfall shower head and full size bath. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of food available. The infinity pool has amazing views over the city. The staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond when we experienced a problem with our room neighbours. Would definitely stay again!

Yes ppl, you get 100% Burj Khalifa & fountain views. And, you can see dubai mall, as it is directly opposite the apartment (4 mins walk) . Added benefits, access to swimming pool (family friendly & views of Burj Khalifa) & gym. Seriously, great value for money. My family, we had a genuine amazing time.

The view around the hotel is very beautiful, near Dubai Mall, near the center, near everything. There are many beautiful restaurants and bars around. The hotel space is beautiful, splendid, spacious, majestic and very beautiful for taking pictures. The room is spacious, has a beautiful view, clean and super beautiful. Looking at the fountain and the Burj Khalifa around me, I rate 10 excellent points

I had a wonderful stay at Canal Central Hotel in Dubai! The location is perfect — close to both the beach and the Burj Khalifa. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially the reception team — they made everything easy and pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse. On my birthday, they even surprised me with a cake, which was so thoughtful! We were also allowed to check in earlier than expected. Everything was just perfect — highly recommend this hotel!

The location of the apartment was perfect for goign to the Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the fountains. Lots more things around the area and all walking distance. We visited in October and the heat was not too much and therefore we walked to places the majority of times. The location of the our accommodation was perfect for us.

The arrival process is super easy. Thanks to Bobby who helps me for easy check-in. The room size is quite reasonable for the price. There’s enough space for a comfortable living area, a bed without feeling cramped. One of my favorite parts of the apartment is the view from the balcony. It overlooks Burj Khalifa and Dubai fountain.

The location was excellent - literally across the road from Dubai Opera, and 5-10 minutes walk from Dubai Fountain, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa. The apartment was modern, clean, well equipped, and the views from the balconies were stunning - especially at night. There was free secure car parking which was useful as we’d rented a car for the duration of our stay.

Every single person working in our resort would say good...

Every single person working in our resort would say good morning / good evening and would stop what they were doing to go out of their way to do so. The taxi driver taking us from Burj Khalifa to our hotel was keen for a chat and to share the video of New Year fireworks that he took with his phone.
