We stayed at Address Downtown hotel for a second time in a row and we again enjoyed a first class experience and truly outstanding customer service! The staff really went out of their ways to make our stay unforgettable and really pleasant! We celebrated my partner’s 50th birthday and we received such an extraordinary attention and care that we felt like royalties. We had a special birthday cake and nice treats waiting for us in the room upon our arrival. The room we booked was with club access which added another touch of exclusivity and secured us not only delicious food and drinks throughout the day, but more importantly the best view of Burj Khalifa in a luxury peaceful setting! The house keeping team - Karunakar and Aushma - maintained the room up to the highest cleaning standards leaving it immaculately clean and tidy for our use! They cleaned every little spot in the room and performed thorough carpet maintenance, which left us very much impressed by the quality of their work. We were supremely looked after by Alaa in the Club lounge and he made an effort to make aur special occasion even more special and wonderful. Thank you so much for the most amazing experience again, Address Downtown hotel! This place is absolutely the best place to stay in heart of Dubai!

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

Whoever said it gets lonely at the top has never been to the top of urj Khalifa. The long queue and waiting that we had to endure to get to the top of Burj Khalifa almost ruined the experience for me. Plus, once you DO get to the top, there's a mad frenzy of crowd trying to take pictures etc. and almost an equally lengthy wait to go down the elevator. Terribly exhausting (not to mention irritating) People travelling with kids/ elders be warned that this is no easy tour

Very comfortable apartment, looks like on the pictures. Check-in/out was super easy via WhatsApp contact and host (Zahid) was always available for questions. 15 min. walk to Business Bay metro station to go everywhere in Dubai. Close to the walkway along Business Bay to downtown/Burj Khalifa (nice for a longer evening walk incl. various restaurants on the way).

Highly recommend this apartment hotel. The first impression upon entering is the cozy room. The property is in a high rise apartment with parking and has beautiful views of Burj Khalifa and the fountains. It is walkable to Dubai mall and has all amenities such as pool and play area. The home is equipped with televisions in all rooms, extra towels and a full kitchen to whip up a quick breakfast or dinner and a small laundry area. Carmela is very considerate and was quick in handing over the home detailing all necessary information.

We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport being only a 10-minute Taxi or about 30 minutes by Metro. We only stayed two nights flying in late the first night and then an early flight home. If you were staying in Dubai for longer, I would probably think you're looking at hotels closer to the city, Marina, etc. In saying that, this was still a great hotel. Very clean, great staff, a rooftop pool and bar where you can actually see the top of the Burj Khalifa. Overall it was perfect for our stay
