This wasn't my first stay but every time I stayed at this hotel, I am amazed by the consistent level of excellence. Everything is perfect, but especially the hotel staff (I remember Ali from the reception, but everyone is amazing). Their breakfast is one of the best I've had, and the whole stay was a very pleasant experience as usual.

Room was moderately the perfect size, i can say, value for money and location. Location was perfect for me, walking distance to the Burjuman mall, shops, restaurants etc. plenty for my needs there. I was very happy with the house keeping, the politenes of Mohamed Mizan and his tidyness and work ethics was exceptional. Congratulations to him!

The hotel is at a fantastic location near burjuman mall and metro which makes travelling hassle free. The staff are really professional and friendly. The hotel rooms itself were really comfortable and well maintained. I think the room sizes vary as we had booked two rooms and one of that was quite small but manageable. The amenities were really good. Overall it was a wonderful stay and will visit again definitely
